Mountain Bike Trail & Trail Hours

The Mountain Bike Trails at Squabble Creek are open from 5 am to 10 pm daily. The trails are located at 1401 Dickson Lane in Rockwall. Six loops are offered within a six-mile system. A wide range of terrain options provides a variety of bike trail experiences. Experience tight and twisty terrains as well as smooth and flowing terrains. Add some fun rollers in the creek area as well as single track loops.

Joggers, Runners, Walkers

The Mountain Bike Trails are open to joggers, runners, and walkers. Caution is needed during the busiest times of mountain bikers. Along the trails, you will find picnic tables, restrooms, and drinking fountains.

Fishing Report from TPWD (Jun. 12)

GOOD. Water stained; 83 degrees; 0.14 feet above pool. White bass are biting later mornings in the levees, long points and ridges in 16-27 feet of water. Early morning schooling is very sporadic. Crappie are good and relating to brush in 18-28 feet deep with some fish suspended mid depth minnows working best. Catfish have moved along long points, using a prepared bait or cut shad working best in 17-24 feet of water. Report by John Varner, John Varner's Guide Service.
